LS ELECTRIC has earned the honor of winning in a total of three categories at Germany’s “iF Design Award 2026,” one of the world’s top three design awards.

On the 15th, LS ELECTRIC announced that ▲the smart circuit breaker “Compact ACB” (Product Design category) ▲the next-generation automation solution “XGT Integrated Safety PLC” (Product Design category) ▲the energy consulting platform “Beyond X - Enable” (Service Design category) won iF Design Awards 2026.

Launched in 1953, the iF Design Award selects winners by comprehensively evaluating innovation, usability, aesthetics, and impact across diverse fields such as product and service design. Along with Germany’s Red Dot Design Award and the U.S. IDEA, it is known as one of the “world’s top three design awards.”

This year’s iF Design Award saw fierce competition, with about 10,000 entries submitted from 68 countries. LS ELECTRIC was recognized for its design completeness and differentiation, earning a place on the winners list amid the intense competition.

With this achievement, LS ELECTRIC has gained external recognition not only for industrial device design but also for its digital platform design capabilities.

Compact ACB is a smart circuit breaker that maximizes space efficiency and integrates digital functions. By enabling settings and monitoring via NFC and Bluetooth, it improves ease of operation, and it was designed so that the functions of operating elements can be distinguished intuitively.

XGT Integrated Safety PLC is a PLC that controls various devices used in industrial sites, integrating high-speed, high-precision control and safety functions into a single CPU. It features improved installation, wiring, and maintenance efficiency through an OLED display, front-facing ports, and a modular structure.

Beyond X - Enable is an AI and cloud-based platform that provides energy consulting services related to carbon neutrality. It was designed to quickly connect decision-making and execution at industrial sites through dashboards and monthly reports.
